A rustic style apartment in a historic house in the very heart of the Old Town.
Built in 1775, it is one of the oldest buildings in Tartu, located around the corner from main building of Tartu University.
All of the sights are within a few minute walk: Toome Hill & Cathedral, Town Hall, UT Art Museum, Botanical Garden. The place is surrounded with cozy bars/cafes and the finest restaurants. Both of the windows are facing the courtyard so it is always quiet. The entrance is through a peaceful garden with a table and a swinging bench, where you can drink coffee or read.
In the bedroom there is a big bed, closet. In the living room you will find two sofas, a flatscreen TV with many channels, a fireplace and an antique cupboard.
In the kitchen there is everything you should need to cook a nice meal: quality equipment and kitchenware. We offer our guests free honey, tea, coffee, cream, sugar, salt, pepper, oil, oatmeal and even cookies!!

Modern and comfy 1 bedroom apartment in the heart of city center. Located across the street from the Kvartal shopping mall. The main sight like the river Emajõgi, theater Vanemuine is within a few minute's reach. Free parking spot in front of the house.
Bedroom - In the bedroom, there is a spacious wardrobe and a big king-size bed with a comfortable mattress and high-quality pillows and linen.
In the living room, there is a flatscreen TV with many channels, you will also find a big corner sofa which can be expanded and can comfortably fit 2 extra people if needed. In the dining area, there is a table with 4 chairs.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to design a gourmet feast: top-of-the-line appliances, refrigerator, high-quality silverware, kitchenware, stove, microwave, water kettle, espresso maker, and so on.
We offer free coffee, cream, tea, honey, sugar, salt, spices, oils, dried fruit, oatmeal, and cookies!
In the bathroom, there is a shower with free toiletries and of course clean towels. The hairdryer is at your disposal. There you will find the washing machine with detergent and the drying rack.
